8. What delivery methods can I choose?
In-store Pickup:
You will be notified via Phone/ WhatsApp/ Message or E-mail once the order is ready for pickup.
Please contact customer service to schedule a pickup time to ensure that there will be staff available.

Home Delivery:
For orders over HK $500, delivery to a specified address is free; customers with purchases below HK $500 will incur a delivery fee of HKD $50.

- Delivery service is only available within Hong Kong.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas in Hong Kong.
- Delivery times are subject to arrangements made by the delivery company.

9. How soon can I receive the goods?
In General
In-store pickup: 1-2 working days, Pickup point: 1-2 working days, Home delivery: 1-3 working days.
Home delivery within 5 hours at the earliest.

10. How can I check the status of my order?
For orders placed by non-registered members, you will receive an email notification, but you won't be able to view the real-time status of the order.
Members will receive an email notification when placing an order, and they can also view order details in "My Account" > "Orders.

11. How can I arrange for returns or refunds?
。Once an order is successfully placed, refunds for any reason are not accepted.
。If quality issues are discovered after receiving the goods, please notify the company within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 24 hours.
。Exchange and return services are only provided for products related to quality issues.
⁠⁠。Group purchase products are not eligible for return requests.
⁠⁠。When returning items, all related gifts must be returned as well.
