Important Notice
You must ensure that no one other than yourself can use your login information to purchase products, and it must be either you or an authorized person present to receive/ place at the door/ manage deliveries; otherwise, the delivery should be withdrawn.
General:
In these terms and conditions, “Kiki Mart” or “the Company” refers to our company, “Kiki Mart,” and “you” refers to any individual, company, or organization placing an order with the Company. Please carefully read these terms and conditions before using the website. By using this website or any part of it, you indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Company will make every effort to ensure that the prices, detailed information, and sizes of products on the Company’s website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all orders are at the sole discretion of the Company to accept and provide stock.
The Company will make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are in stock. In the event of any product being out of stock from time to time, the Company reserves the right to provide substitute products of similar value and style.
All orders are subject to final availability. If any requested product or service is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to reject the order.
Registration:
You must register as a user before placing any orders through the Company’s website. During registration:
- You must provide the Company with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- You must safeguard your username and password.
- You authorize the Company to assume that anyone entering the online store with your username and password is you or authorized to act on your behalf.
- The Company reserves absolute discretion to reject the registration of potential customers and terminate the registration of any customers for any reason.
If there are any changes to the information you provided, please immediately notify the Company through the website/phone/WhatsApp/messages or email for effective communication with you.
Privacy Protection:
The Company is committed to protecting individual privacy in terms of personal data. Therefore, the Company ensures that its policies and practices concerning the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access to personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of Hong Kong law.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Payme, Tap & Go, Boc pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and FPS.
Payments for all listed products are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Any additional delivery charges will be separately itemized before payment for your confirmation.
Order acceptance is at our discretion. A final receipt will be provided upon delivery to your address or upon collection at our physical store(s), as applicable.
Supply
Supply Basis: We supply products solely to end-users. Our products are not to be resold. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we have reason to believe you are not purchasing as an end-user.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labor difficulties, equipment failure, or any other factors beyond our control.
Assignment
You may not assign or otherwise transfer any rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without our prior written consent.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is to be interpreted as illegal or invalid, it shall be deleted without affecting the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous negotiations, statements, and agreements between the parties.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement the terms and conditions and any provisions without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we retain the final decision-making authority. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China, and the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Order Notification
Our online store only accepts orders for delivery in Hong Kong to designated billing addresses or for collection at designated physical stores in Hong Kong.
Placing an order signifies your agreement to purchase products or services according to the terms and conditions listed here. Your order placement does not equate to its acceptance; we will need time to confirm your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without providing a reason. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to payment issues), we will notify you via phone/WhatsApp/message or email.
Pick-Up Service at Stores
When the goods you ordered are ready for collection at our physical store, we will notify you via phone/WhatsApp/message or email.
Upon collection at our physical store, you or your authorized representative will be required to present your phone number/WhatsApp/message or email confirmation for identity verification. We may request additional information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your profile). If we suspect that the person collecting the goods is not you or your authorized representative, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to protect your interests.
If the store you selected is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you can collect your goods at the same store on the next working day.
Exchange and Refund
Upon order confirmation and successful payment, all ordered items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated elsewhere on this terms and conditions page, the Company does not accept any form of refund or return after the goods have been delivered.
Other
All terms and conditions are applicable within the limits permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company shall have the final decision-making authority.
Delivery Methods and Notices
Upon completion of online payment, except for pre-ordered items for direct delivery, the Company will dispatch the goods to a third-party logistics provider before the specified delivery date. A delivery notification will be sent to the recipient via phone/WhatsApp/ message or email at the time of dispatch to the third-party logistics provider. The courier will schedule a delivery time to the designated location in advance. The courier will contact the recipient before delivery. If the order cannot be delivered due to factors such as incorrect delivery address, incorrect postal code, repeated delivery attempts without successful receipt, etc., the Company may arrange for the returned package to be dispatched again, but you will be required to pay additional shipping fees for the re-delivery service. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Company. The batch of goods will be transferred to the Company’s store for storage for 5 working days. The recipient must contact the Company within 5 working days to arrange a time for self-collection at the designated location; if the goods are not collected after the 5 working days storage period, it will be deemed that the recipient has waived the right to collect the goods, and the order will be automatically canceled, with no refund of payment or goods.
Free Delivery
Customers who spend over HK $350 (as indicated on the invoice) are eligible for free delivery to the designated billing address. Customers with a shopping amount less than HK $350 will be charged HK $50 for delivery.
Delivery Service Exclusions
Delivery service is not applicable to remote islands, remote villages, rural areas, non-permanent residences, restricted areas, hotel rooms, airports, ports, docks, and warehouses; places without elevator access/require stair climbing; locations within 50 meters of the delivery address where there is no authorized or legal unloading area.
Terms of Service
The sales and services on this website are only applicable to individuals accessing the website through the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you choose to access the website, use the services, or make purchases from a location other than Hong Kong, it will be deemed that you have made the choice on your own, assume the consequences, and commit to complying with all applicable laws in Hong Kong.
Individuals using the services of this website must be at least 15 years old.
You are responsible for setting up your login name and password and must keep them safe and secure. You must understand that data transmission over the internet or any wireless network cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you must bear these risks on your own. In case of any losses due to improper password management, you will be held fully responsible.
All accounts must be registered using a valid phone/email to ensure that the company can send any changes or updates to that phone/email. Accounts registered using someone else’s phone/email or temporary phone/email may be deleted without prior notice. If an email is deemed invalid by us, you will be required to re-verify your account.
If the company discovers that you have registered multiple accounts using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) or have caused any disruptions to the website or services, the company reserves the right to delete such accounts.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy statement explains the categories of personal data we collect and how we handle and protect this data.

In order for you to become a registered customer and enjoy the various products and services of the company, it is necessary to provide certain essential personal data to the company at the time of collection. The company may also request additional information to assist in providing tailored products and services that the company believes you may be interested in. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy statement, the English version shall prevail.
This Privacy Policy statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The company may change this Privacy Policy statement from time to time by posting updated versions on the company’s website.
Refund Arrangements
Once an order is successfully placed, cash refunds will not be provided without valid reasons, except in cases where the supplier ultimately fails to deliver the goods.
No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping or delivery schedules caused by the supplier. Your understanding is appreciated.
In the event of goods being out of stock or encountering other issues leading to a failed order, you may choose to wait for the next batch of goods or receive a full refund in store credit.
HSBC Payme refunds are subject to a 90-day limit. If a refund via Payme is requested after 90 days from payment, any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount before it is returned to your Payme account.
Exchange/Return Arrangements:
If you discover any quality issues with items received, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this 24-hour period.
Exchange and return services are only provided for products related to quality issues.
Group purchase products are not eligible for return requests.
All complimentary gifts must be returned when initiating a return.
Products that have already been replaced are not eligible for a second replacement.

Securely seal the item along with all packaging (such as boxes and accessories) and include the original receipt.
Choose to visit our Kwun Tong collection point for exchanges in person (immediate exchange not guaranteed). Returns via SF Express to the collection point are not accepted.

Eligible Items for Return/Exchange:
Items received that do not match the ordered products, are damaged, or are related to quality issues.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange Include:
Items without packaging boxes, tags, or missing contents (must be returned with all accessories and packaging received).
Items returned due to personal reasons such as incorrect purchases, wrong colors, or personal preferences.
Damaged items due to customer modification or use.
Items returned more than 24 hours after receipt.
Items specifically marked as not eligible for return services.
Items damaged during the shipping process.
Shipping Fees and Timeframes for Returns/Exchanges:
For damaged or mismatched items: You must take photos of the product, inform customer service, and await confirmation before proceeding to the collection point for returns. If items are sent without authorization, we reserve the right to reject them and return them to you at your expense; Kiki Mart is not responsible for shipping costs.
Kiki Mart is not liable for any damages or losses during the return period.
In cases where returned items are unavailable for exchange or refund, Kiki Mart will issue store credit within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
Kiki Mart reserves the right to modify exchange terms without prior notice and reserves the right to refuse exchanges. In case of any disputes, Kiki Mart retains the final decision-making authority.

送貨方法及須知
網上付款完成後,除預訂直送商品外,本公司會將按照提供之指定收貨日期前發貨予第三方物流,系統會於發貨予第三方物流的同時將送貨通知書以電話/ Whatsapp/ 訊息或電子郵件形式發送到收件人,派遞員事前預約派送時間至指定的地點。派遞員會於派送前聯絡收件人。於指定派件時間,如訂單因收貨地址錯誤、郵遞區號錯誤、多次派送均無人收件等因素而導致無法派送,本公司可以將被退回的包裹再次安排發貨,但閣下需支付額外運費作為再次派送服務之費用,如經兩次派送不成功,貨件則會安排退回本公司。該批商品將會被轉到本公司的店舖寄存5 個工作天,收件人須於5個工作天內主動聯絡本公司,以安排時間到指定地點自行提貨;若於5個工作天寄存期屆滿後商品仍然未被提取,將視作收件人放棄提貨權,該訂單將會被自動取消,已付款項及商品將不獲退還。
只要消費滿HK $350(如發票所顯示),即時可以享受免費送貨到指定的帳單地址。購物金額少於HK $ 350的顧客,需收取HK $ 50的送貨費用。

退換貨政策及須知
- 一旦成功下單訂購,如非供應商最終不能交貨問題,恕不設任何理由的現金退款。
- 如因供應商船期 / 貨期延誤,恕不設退款,敬請體諒。
- 如所訂購的貨物出現缺貨情況或其他問題,導致最終未能成功訂購,閣下可選擇等候下一批貨/ 全額退款於商店購物金。
- HSBC Payme有90日的退款限制。 如果已付款90天後閣下要求以 Payme 作為退款渠道, 中間產生的手續費, 本公司將在退款金額中扣除手續費後退回至閣下的 Payme 户口。
- 換/退貨安排
- 如閣下發現收貨後有質量問題,閣下可於收貨後的 24小時內通知本公司進行換貨。24小時過後恕不接受任何理由退換。
- 換貨及退貨服務只提供於與質量問題有關之產品。

- 選擇親身前往本公司觀塘自提點進行換貨 (不保證能提供即時換貨) 不接受以順豐把貨品退到自提點。

收到的貨品與訂購貨品不相符 或 收到的貨品已損壞 或 質量問題有關之產品。
- 無包裝盒、標牌、及貨品內容有缺 (退還時必須與收貨時所有配件及包裝一致)
- 客人個人的原因,例如買錯貨、買錯顏色及個人不適用等
- 經客人修改過及使用後出現的受損貨品
- 收貨後超過24小時或以上的貨品
- 部分貨品已標明不提供退貨服務
- 貨品因運送過程中有任何損毀
- 貨品已損壞及不相符:閣下必須拍下有關貨品照片及通知客服,待本公司確認後方可以前往自提點進行退貨。 如閣下貿然寄出貨品, 本公司則有權不接受並退回貨品給閣下,所產生的運費Kiki Mart 恕不負責。
- 貨品如在退貨期間有損壞或遺失,Kiki Mart 恕不負責。
- 本公司為中間代購者角色,會盡力保障貨品來源及品質,但始終貨品由廠商所製,質量未能夠由本公司所控制。如客人使用後未能符合個人喜好或質素未如理想,恕本公司未能因此而退貨退款。
- 本公司會盡力為閣下提供因退貨而更換新的貨品,但有時因供應有限而無法提供,本公司一律於收到退貨後7個工作天內以商店購物金退還有關客人購買時的款項。
- 所有更換貨條款 Kiki Mart 有權作出修改而不用事前通知閣下,並有權拒絕更換貨的權利,如有任何爭議,Kiki Mart 保留最終決定權。
